(1) If you wish to subscribe, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide personal data that we require in order to process your order. Mandatory fields for the conclusion of contracts are specially marked; other information is voluntary. We process the data you provide in order to complete your order. For this purpose, we can pass your payment details on to our company bank. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b or lit. f GDPR.

We can also process the data provided by you in order to inform you about other interesting products in our portfolio or to send you emails with technical information. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

(2) Due to commercial and tax law requirements, we are obliged to save your address, payment and order data for the duration of ten years. However, after two years we restrict processing, i.e. your data are only used to comply with legal requirements. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling statutory archiving and storage obligations isArticle 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR.

Right of withdrawal

The client has the right to withdraw from his/her/their order within 14 days after receipt of the product(s) (cancellation period) and without explanation. Withdrawal is to be announced in writing (letter, fax, email) or by returning the ordered item. To comply with the cancellation period it is sufficient to notify us of the execution of your right of withdrawal within the cancellation period. In case of a withdrawal all payments received by us, including shipping costs (except surcharges arising from the selection of a shipping option other than the suggested most economic variant) shall be returned within 14 days from the day the notification of withdrawal is received. To return the payment we will use the same means of payment as used by the customer, provided no other agreement is in place. In no way does the return of the payment incur any surcharges for the customer. Return of payment can be held back until the product(s) has/have been returned or the customer has provided respective proof. In any case, the consignment with the product(s) to be returned has to be dispatched within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal. Shipping costs for the return of the product(s) are borne by us. A potential decrease of value of the product(s) has only to be compensated for by the customer if it is the result of inappropriate use.
